Welcome to PerkyLoop. By accessing or using our mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PerkyLoop, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

PerkyLoop provides a digital loyalty rewards platform connecting customers and local businesses. We facilitate the earning and redemption of loyalty rewards.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Fraudulent activity or abuse of loyalty programmes is strictly prohibited.

5. Business Owner Responsibilities

Business owners are responsible for honouring the rewards promised through their loyalty programmes and for managing their staff's use of the service.

6. Payment Terms

Subscriptions for business accounts are billed on a monthly basis and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Payment will be charged using the payment method associated with your account at the time of purchase.

For subscriptions purchased via Apple In-App Purchase, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, and your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time through your account settings or, if purchased via Apple, through your Apple Account settings.

Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and software associated with the service are the property of PerkyLoop Limited or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PerkyLoop Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

9. Dispute Resolution (NZ jurisdiction)

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
